These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all products, services, websites, digital materials, and communications provided by Learning Leaders International LLC (“LLI”), including but not limited to BeaconEngine™, BeaconMailer™, BeaconUpdate™, the LLI Membership Platform, any LLI action workshops, consulting services, training services, and all related tools and resources.

By accessing, purchasing, subscribing, or interacting with any LLI property, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use any LLI products or services.

1. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use all LLI and BeaconEngine services for lawful purposes only.
You will not:

  • interfere with website functionality

  • misuse any digital material

  • attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute proprietary tools

  • access systems without authorization

  • use LLI materials to harm competitors or other businesses

All misuse will result in immediate termination of access.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

All content, software, materials, demos, frameworks, templates, campaigns, QR codes, automations, assets, and resources provided by LLI or BeaconEngine are the exclusive intellectual property of Learning Leaders International LLC.

This includes:

  • LLI™

  • BeaconEngine™

  • BeaconMailer™

  • BeaconUpdate™

  • The Beacon 4×5 System

  • All onboarding tools

  • All campaign packs

  • All marketing materials

  • All demos

  • All custom business assets built for clients

You may NOT copy, redistribute, duplicate, sell, or reproduce any part of LLI products without written permission.

3. Service Terms and Subscriptions

Some services require one-time onboarding and recurring subscription payments.
By purchasing, you authorize LLI to:

  • process payments through Stripe or similar processors

  • start or schedule automated subscription renewals

  • send transactional and service-related communications

Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

4. Payment Authorization & Billing Cycles

By completing payment, you acknowledge:

  • All charges are billed in USD

  • Onboarding fees are non-refundable once work begins

  • Subscriptions renew automatically according to your billing cycle

  • Delayed subscription start dates may be used to align with onboarding and activation

LLI reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

LLI and BeaconEngine operate with a fair-use cancellation policy.

  • One-time onboarding fees are not refundable once work has started

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle

  • Refunds on subscriptions are at LLI’s discretion and based on usage

  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in removal from all LLI services

We aim to be fair, reasonable, and aligned with local business needs.

6. Client Responsibilities

To provide service effectively, clients agree to:

  • supply accurate business information

  • maintain access to required platforms (Stripe, email, SMS provider, etc.)

  • comply with local laws regarding customer messaging

  • avoid misuse of automated communication tools

  • avoid sending prohibited or illegal content

  • use LLI tools responsibly and ethically

LLI is not responsible for results affected by incomplete or incorrect client information.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples, testimonials, or performance claims are illustrative, not guarantees.
Results depend on:

  • business size

  • customer volume

  • industry

  • market demand

  • business owner action

  • consistency

LLI does not guarantee income, traffic, leads, or sales.

8. Billing and Subscription Terms

Your onboarding fee is charged immediately at checkout. After onboarding is completed, a monthly subscription begins. The first subscription charge is delayed for a defined period (typically up to 40 days) to allow the system to run inside your business before the recurring billing cycle starts.
After the initial delay period, your subscription renews every 30 days until canceled. You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for past billing periods.


9. Limitation of Liability

LLI, BeaconEngine, and all related platforms are provided as-is.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLI is not liable for:

  • lost revenue

  • interruption of business

  • data loss

  • performance issues

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.

10. Data, Privacy, and Communications

LLI collects and uses data per industry standards.
By interacting with LLI or BeaconEngine, you consent to:

  • receiving service updates

  • receiving onboarding messages

  • receiving relevant email and SMS communication

  • LLI using third-party processors for secure data handling

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

11. Termination of Service

LLI may suspend or terminate access if:

  • payments fail repeatedly

  • terms are violated

  • illegal or abusive activity occurs

  • platforms are misused

  • communication systems are abused

Termination does not void outstanding payments owed.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Illinois jurisdiction.
