These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, systems, software, programs, services, digital materials, and communications provided by Learning Leaders International LLC (“LLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This includes, without limitation:
BeaconEngine™ (a licensed relationship system)
BeaconMailer™, BeaconUpdate™, and related tools
Educational programs, action workshops, and training services
Consulting services and professional engagements
LLI partner, ambassador, or collaborator participation
All related websites, platforms, and communications
By accessing, purchasing, licensing, or interacting with any LLI property, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use LLI services or systems.
1. Institutional Role and Scope
Learning Leaders International is an institutional entity focused on the design, production, and endorsement of human-centered systems, programs, and professional standards.
LLI may offer licensed systems, educational programs, and collaborative opportunities. LLI does not operate as a generic membership organization, agency, or managed service provider.
2. Licensed Systems (Including BeaconEngine™)
Certain LLI offerings, including BeaconEngine™, are provided as licensed systems, not memberships, ownership interests, or equity-based programs.
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, LLI grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use licensed systems for their intended business purposes during the applicable license term. No ownership rights are conveyed.
3. Programs, Workshops, and Professional Engagements
LLI may offer time-bound educational programs, action workshops, mastermind or cohort-based engagements, advisory services, and partner or ambassador participation.
These offerings are programmatic in nature and do not constitute casual memberships, employment relationships, partnerships, fiduciary relationships, or agency arrangements.
4. Payments, Billing, and Authorization
All fees are billed in U.S. dollars and processed through third-party payment providers selected at checkout.
By completing payment, you authorize LLI to process applicable license fees, program fees, onboarding fees, or renewal charges and to send transactional and service-related communications.
Certain licensed systems may include an upfront activation fee and a delayed recurring license charge, as disclosed at the point of sale.
LLI does not store or control payment credentials and is not responsible for processor-imposed fees, bank actions, or payment interruptions.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
Unless expressly stated at the point of sale:
License fees are non-refundable once access is granted
Onboarding or activation fees are non-refundable once work begins
Program fees are governed by the specific terms disclosed at purchase
Users agree to contact LLI regarding billing questions prior to initiating chargebacks. Abuse of payment systems or unauthorized disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
6. Client and User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to required third-party platforms, complying with applicable laws governing communications and data use, and using licensed systems responsibly and ethically.
LLI is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete information, misuse, or non-compliance by users.
7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All content, systems, software, workflows, documentation, branding, and materials provided by LLI are the intellectual property of Learning Leaders International LLC or its licensors.
This includes, without limitation:

BeaconEngine™
BeaconMailer™
BeaconUpdate™
The Beacon 4×5 System
Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or misuse is prohibited.
8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
Any examples, testimonials, or illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.
LLI makes no guarantees regarding revenue, leads, growth, or business outcomes. Results depend on external factors, including implementation and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of its systems or services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLI from claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising from their use of licensed systems, billing disputes, communications, or violations of these Terms.
10. Data, Privacy, and Communications
LLI collects and processes data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
By engaging with LLI, users consent to receive service-related, onboarding, and operational communications. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time.
11. Suspension and Termination
LLI may suspend or terminate access if payments fail repeatedly, Terms are violated, systems are misused, or unlawful or abusive activity occurs.
Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
